These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the enquiry service offered through it, operated by Glolo (Thailand) Co., LTD trading as Independence Yachts. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

By submitting your contact details you consent to receive replies from us, including specification packs, build updates, and service notices. You may ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or emailing info@seasearchermarine.com.

All content on this site, including text, renders, photography, and technical material, is owned by or licensed to Glolo (Thailand) Co., LTD. You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or reuse any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Specifications, dimensions, equipment lists, and delivery dates are indicative and subject to change during construction. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. The binding description of the yacht is the signed build and sale documentation between the buyer, the seller, and the shipyard.

Any price shown is quoted in US dollars and may change without notice. It excludes taxes, duties, import charges, registration, delivery, and third party fees unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement.

Information on this site may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glolo (Thailand) Co., LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or any loss of profit or revenue, arising from your use of this site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation by email. If that fails, they are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
